If you are referring to aftermarket wooden earcups made to replace the stock plastic ones on the SR-80i headphones, however, you should first find out how to disassemble a pair of Grado headphones. You will need to know how to melt the glue holding the stock Grado earcups together and how to remove the drivers, cabling, and headband fixtures as needed. Then you must have the skills necessary to precisely refit everything within and/or onto the new earcup assemblies and get them glued/screwed back together again. A few people over at Headfi have done these things before, so I would do a search over there for more info before you commit yourself to a substantial rebuild of your Grado headphones.
