No experience w 800s, but have 650s w Dekoni fenestrated leather pads. Seemed to tighten the bass up a nice amount, and add a touch of clarity. Also have the same type on my Focal Elears with similar subtle but worthwhile improvements. And they're comfy as all get out. No regrets purchases.

The Dekoni folks seem to know what they're doing, nice product, great quality and professional packaging (if that's important).
