If my calculations are correct, 130 minutes of stereo only material could fit within the constraints of a DVD-5 if they use DST compression for the data.Let's see:
7800 seconds @ 5.6 Mbits/second is a little less than 6GB of data. If the compression ratio of DST exceeds 25%, you could fit this into a single layer.
