Full range all around is a start but the best way is to reduce the listining audience to a handful so no one's direct path to any of the speakers is blocked by others. Telarc/Pentone did this in their recent press demo in NYC. They had 9 chairs and, at my session, only 5-6 were occupied. Excellent sound and very enjoyable.
