Tom Cochrane & Red Rider - Trapeze review

Just picked up this EMI Canada disk (made here too) for $17.40 CDN (EMI DVD-A + $17.40 CDN = SWEEEEET). It is in discrete 5.1 96k/24 (same for two channel & DD + DTS @ 48k/24). For EMI it's one of their better sounding ones - very discrete in the front two channels, vocals in centre, rears active, discrete but not as much as the fronts. The sound quality is very good but not demo quality (better than most EMI's but not as good as most DTS or some Warner's). Menu is basic - mode of listening, what's dvd audio? & speaker set up. Also included is a 24 page booklet & if I understood it correctly the last two songs were recorded for this disk.
This is a greatest hits disc & I never realized how many hits they/he had (at least 13 of the 21 songs on this album got A LOT of airplay up here.
