What the hell, Machine Head on SACD?

This was posted next door. It said the release was on EMI, which I suppose means that it will only be available in U.S. as an import. My question is, since Warner does not have the UK rights to many of its biggest US sellers, are they going to see even more of their hi-res market share eroded by redundant releases like this?
