Not from a commercial disc there isn't.
Not legally anyway.If the disc is unprotected, and not MLP lossless encoded, and you own the copyright, then you can use Steinberg's WaveLab 5.01B and import any track, group, or the whole disc into WAV format.
But if it is a commercial disc, what you want to do is totally illegal.
DVD-A counts as software which means you do not own the disc, but instead bought a license to use it - unlike CD where you buy the disc outright (With the exception, of course, of Copy Protected CD which are not CD-Audio, but CD-ROM instead. These also count as software)
