Well, Emmylou Harris 'Producer's Cut might be worth purchasing if you like her music. It sounds quite good, but isn't spectacular.
I've all Neil Young releases except Rocky Road (or whatever the recent live album was titled). They are all excellent, especially "On the Beach" and "Harvest". Both are awesome on stereo also.
Steely Dan and REM DVD-As are also among the best released in the format. I'd recommend especially REM's Out of Time and Steely Dan's Everything Must Go for the starters and I guarantee once you've experienced these gems you'll yearn for more.
