*** Have a look at diyaudio.com and similar forums about the best sounding opamps. ***"best sounding"? by what criteria? and do you even know what the op amps are being used for? in *my* experience, it's critical to match the DAC with specific op amps (particularly for the filtering, less so if it's I-V) otherwise you may not obtain the spec sheet performance. What may be "best sounding" in one application may not be appropriate for another application. Perhaps one day you will realise this yourself.

The "best", according to some geeks? :-) Sorry, but i tend not to listen to music in front of a computer screen. And unfortunately, foobar is just not very usable without a screen and a keyboard.
