Flaming Lips "Yoshimi" CD+DVD has DVD-A. Mark Knopfler's "Shangri-La" and "Sailing to Philadelphia" are CD+DVD-A. Seal's re-releases are CD+DVD-A.
These are just a few I can think of without looking. There's lots more.
