Classic Records new HDADs from Analog to 24 Bit 192kHz.AIX has a few Original 24 Bit 192kHz Digital recordings as well as many excellent original 24 Bit 96kHz Digital recordings.
High Rez Music has both 24 Bit 192kHz and 24 Bit 96kHz recordings.
MDG, Arts Music and Tacet have many excellent 24 Bit 96kHz recordings.
Even Warner Bros. has some 24 Bit 192kHz recordings and most of their DVD-Audio's are 24 Bit 96kHz, two exceptions are "The Last Waltz" and "Deep Purple: Concerto for Orchestra" which are both over 2 hours long on a single sided DVD-Audio thus are 24 Bit 48kHz.
If you stick with DVD-Audio from the Audiophile labels you will get excellent lifelike sound quality. It seems it's only DualDisc that has these lower resolutions and DualDisc is not exactly aimed at Audiophiles. Still there are DualDiscs with 24 Bit 96kHz but it is hard to find out which ones. It took years to get decent labeling for DVD-Audio and then along comes DualDisc and resolution and presence of 2 channel high resolution is now a secret again.
Still if your can play DVD-Audio's you owe it to yourself to check out the audiophile labels.
Happy listening,
Teresa
