I am aware that LPCM is stereo only. However, it was my understanding that in order for something to be considered "advanced resolution" that the word length must be 24 bit and the sampling rates 48, 96 or 192.I am still asking when there is PCM or LPCM Stereo on the DVD side of a DualDisc (or other DVD) is this 24 bit or 16 bit and how do I know?
Thanks

- Christine I agree with Denis. The DSD logo on an SACD means nothing as it - Teresa 20:50:45 10/20/05 (0)
