B Moura should seek a clarification from Sony why the diclaimer wasn't published a couple of years ago when the DVD plus CD/DVD format was introduced.
Sa-cd shipments 50% down, lot's of sa-cd players crapping out and now a new competing format. Sony must be very worried.
