How come no one has mentioned this before: Panasonic XR-70/S97 for a killer budget DVD-A experience!

i only just found out panasonic will be releasing in a near future a DVD-Audio player (DVD-S97) with faroudja deinterlacing and HDMI output, together with a matching digital receiver (XR-70).
okay, so the news has been out on various forums for a few months now but i didn't notice the significance till recently: this will allow a completely digital DVD-Audio path all the way to the speaker outputs. For a combined price less than US$500 this might be a killer budget DVD-Audio setup!
I must admit, I am very tempted. even though i already have three systems.
