A good trick to sort this out is to feed the clipping channel to one channel without attenuation and to the other ad channel with a 6dB attenuator.If both show clipping you know for shure it's the player. If the channel without the attenuation clips/limits it's the adc.
By amplifying the attennuated chanel and subtracting it from the other channel you should be able to verify signs of clipping by looking at the resulting signal.
I do not believe that track 4 clips/limits due to Erics setup because there is a track showing higher amplitudes.
I think it's not clipping but the action of a mild peak limiter.
