I have to agree. I am soooo glad that I only spent $150 on my Pioneer 563. All my currrent DVD-As play fine, I can't imagine any new ones coming out that I want to buy, for the past year it has all been SACD. I have a total of 20 discs or so, will buy the Allman Brrothers, Steeley Dan and Clapton have been put on hold, maybe the kinks will come out, who knows? If I only have the discs I have so far then it is worth it to use a $150 player that does sound nice.
Smells to me like the whole thing will crash and burn leaving the early adopters holding the bag with their $1000 players.
