I feel like an idiot. I have had this DVD-A since the week it came out, have posted (on numerous occasions) how much I hate the MCH layer, and how great the stereo hi-rez track sounds. WELL, tonight I listened (or more to the point, attempted to listen) to the hi-rez stereo 24/192 layer and voila, the thing skips and doesn't play beyond track 6 (Old Man). I had never sat down and listened to it beyond the first few tracks, I guess! Wow.So, anyway, count me in as one who can;t play the hi-rez stereo layer. I have a Technics DVD-A10.
