Labels are a problem on all hi-rez. Warner from the last yr. or so(and DTS too) finally has done a better job of actually putting the sampling frequency of the stereo and multi-channel mixes. There is a gap on info what things are taken from (e.g. digital, analog) on both DVD-A and SACD as far as what the underlying recording chain is on the disc. With DVD-A on commericial labels there is one further problem as there is usually a menu or video content. With big corporations this usually involved multiple people working on different functions with different schedules. The audio and video people can easily be pressured time wise to get things done and it is much easier to have an oversight.
