I am really stumped on this whole series of threads. Why do I care if a reviewer owns or is borrowing equipment?Seems I would want the reviewer to have as much equipment laying around as possible to compare synergies and provide some depth. So a lot of gear is good. Who cares if it is begged, borrowed or owned. In fact, knowing how little one gets paid for writing, I hope all the equipment is borrowed.
