I recently fixed a dead left channel in the upgraded SEX that was caused by a car ride and likely a couple poor solder connections. In addition to a bad solder joint in the input signal path, one of the two left channel LEDs wasn't lighted...I resoldered the LED connections and it all lit up nicely and sounds great again. This process left me wondering if the LEDs in the circuit boards serve any function other than indicating whether the board is getting the juice or input signal it needs?
...just want to learn a little more here...
Thanks,
Mario
