I was just taking a look at amperite thermal delay relay tubes (G series, several different time delays (1-300 seconds), 120V heaters). They've got them in octal and 9 pin mini tubes. I haven't found any distributors that have them for less than $95 a piece (although one octal was $75). They look real intricate in construction and might look cool sitting out with the rest of the tubes. I guess if you want to have a delayed relay and want to remain "all-tube," these guys are the ticket. I just found it ridiculous and appealing at the same time. I love/hate this hobby.
