This link (http://www.elexp.com/t_resist.htm) is a good guide (but takes a while to load!) - note that one of your resistors is like the one at the top; the other is like the one at the bottom. If you work out the values for both, you'll see there the same (sorry for a separate reply, but I just saw your post and I think it was new, so I wanted to post immediately incase you were waiting with the soldering iron in hand....)
