Keep all of your Fosi and any Kickstarter email correspondence in case you need to reach out to them. My Kickstarter project 'went silent' for a while and I had to poke at them to get updates.
I have nothing against Kickstarter but I think you participate at your own risk and your own tolerance for long delays and even losing your 'investment' completely.
Hopefully they'll come through for you.
