No, but once you start adding up all the hundreds of millions of LED lights that are lighting up a lawns and trees in the middle of the night, NOW you're impacting the power grid.

I remember a time when there was a public service notice about unplugging wall warts. The number of Kilowatt hours that were being used to power idle wall warts was to say, impressive.
