It would come off better as a signature product if it was around 30 to 40 WPC in class A though.
With your 88 db sensitivity speakers in a 30x12 room, that would certainly limit output.
I once had a VT100 MKII but now enjoy the dynamics and headroom that 300 watts/channel affords with my similarly sensitive stats.
