Could be a bum solder joint on one of the tube sockets, or somewhere else. If you are up to the task try this.
open it up
let it run
take a pencil or other non conductive stick
poke around different areas and see if you can cause that sound to either start or stop.
Start with the gain tube and work your way back to the power supply. Or just try every connection, wire bundle and especially the circuit boards that hold the tubes and related components.
