I have rebuilt, completely recapped several KA7100 amps. Even by todays equipment standards... they really do kick ass, as they did 30 years ago when we used that era of gear to drive Infinity speakers.
I have 3 that are shown in various stages of rebuild, making comparisons and listening to the reworked phono stage. I wanted to see just how good they are (can be) completely restored. They sound a little wooly / lossy with old parts... background noise is pretty high. They are dead quiet with new caps.
The KA7300, ..should.. be even better. I will eventually buy a KA7300, rebuild it 8-)
