I agree with your commentsI own 3.6s and 1.6s and love them -- the maggie integration is great
But eventually I would live to have a second system just as the original post says that does things well that the maggies don't and that can be more easily amplified.
Though cost is not 1000 ( what for a 1000 can match the 3.6s he owns ????? Let alone possibly 10,000) the Avantgarde set up well are really engaging - I have heard the Uno, Duo and Trio's
