is this receiver ok for MMG's?

Going to audtion the MMG's next week....wondering about my receiver and if it will be ok for the MMG's..
it's a Sony STR-D965
Specs say:
Amplifier: Power output: 8 ohms 110w+110w
Dynamic power output: 160w+160w (8 ohms)
" " " : 225w+225w(4 ohms)
Would someone explain these specs and tell me if this receiver will be ok for MMG's?
