I can't recall the values of the components, but I believe that I used what you had recommended.I actually gave these to Dawnrazor quite a while back when I found out that they were the source of my glare (nice gift, huh?), and switched back to the chokes. He liked them with his setup at the time.
It's probably time to make a pair again, and reevaluate. It would be nice to have them on hand anyway, and they're cheap enough to make.
