Volts into a load. Yes, I know they are an excursion limited - by damage - speaker. I am going to have to be very careful with the Perreaux amp and them. Amp off, spkrs off, until all connected up, always, always.

By my calculation I've gained about a 1/3rd power advantage, almost a 1/2 power advantage. Which is good.

Of course 340 Hz, the half-power point for acoustic music, would be theoretically better, but not if we take into account imaging and coherence.

Which is, after all, why I bought them.

So, we compromise.
