I've been intrigued by this company for some time, as my late and lamented Acoustat 1+1s are still my "Holy Grail" for speaker performance.
I am currently running old Alon Model IVs, and what they do right, they do very right, but I still feel like something is missing compared to 'stats.
The price for the Essence is obviously intriguing. Their business model has gone through multiple changes. At one time they were using dealers, one was Wally at Underwood HiFi. I wonder what any former dealers would say about them.
I even more wonder if anyone has HEARD them?
