I don't think they swap panels but you can order a repair kit to replace the wires (voice coils) for a DIY. If you have only one bad panel consider repairing both as the other one will probably go out in the near future. Small tears in the mylar can be repaired with scotch tape. Large tears will need repair by Magnepan.
