Yup.
Fuse is good. I even jumped the fuse holder with wire and still no.
But... I just checked resistance in the tweeter coil and it is 14.8ohms on one speaker and 15ohms on the other. This seems like it may be wrong.
(this is a 4ohm rated speaker sooooo...) Is it likely that despite having continuity the wire has excessive resistance and that is why I'm not getting sound (or at least the right amount)?
