RE: Do I have an RF issue?

Are you in urban or suburban setting? Unless you are well underground an urban setting is very RF heavy. Suburban single homes is much quieter, basements are often good RF refuges unless you have fancy utility equipment in there.

If you are in a suburban setting you may still have RF because of proximity to high voltage wire, cellular antennas and radio/tv broadcast and booster towers.

There is a broad spectrum RF meter you can buy - google "rf meter".
