I haven't heard of any 'Qualified' (as in 'certified/authorized)repair person in the U.S. other than White bear Lake; just a lot of hobbist, enthusist(sp?), and diy'ers.

If he or you feels comfortable with removing the sock and posting pics, I can almost guarantee you'll recieve a lot of good, helpful advice-free of charge!

However, if any hobbist, enthusist(sp?), and diy'ers DO respond to your post and offer assistance, then disregard this post!
