Those are both Russian tubes, indeed. Good catch!
It seems clear that there was intent to deceive. Even simulated GE "etching" Wow!
Follow Ups:
I think they were "faked" by GE and Brimar. Tube orders didn't completely stop even after Western production had... so tubes were found, relabeled, and delivered. And one of the biggest customers, the US military, was not inclined to purchase anything made in Russia, so labeling was "adjusted"!
So, know what you're buying!
"I think they were "faked" by GE and Brimar"
Do you have a reputable source for this information? It has been illegal for many years for manufacturers to claim a fraudulent country of origin.

Buy Chinese. Bury freedom.
Other than the "USA" etched in the glass I'm not seeing a claim of country of origin.

I was replying to Triode_Kingdom in general/overall terms, not specifically about the tubes in this case.
Yes, I got that and thank you.
I'm just not sure that GE, or the ebay seller, is making any claims.

It was VERY common in the last years of the big tube makers to have "inaccurate" countries of origin..
FWIW - those appear to me to be SED/winged C 6550Cs. Earlier production SEDs were fine quality tubes and would be worth buying if the price wasn't so ridiculous and you knew when they were made.
Somebody went through a lot of trouble to try and fake those - but there's a ton of giveaways that they aren't GEs.
I've seen it time and time again, including with BRIMAR, lots of Soviet made EF86, 6P3 labeled as 6L6GC, 6P6 labeled as 6V6GE England. I even have an Amperex 6V6 which is very clearly of Soviet origin but labeled UK.
Never seen a fake GE 6550A though, since the GE factory was sold as MPD past GE getting out of the business.
Look at this honest 6L6GA USSR Brimar - made in Russia - offer from Langrex UK at ebay: ebay.co.uk/itm/264275971053?epid=21034361811&hash=item3d88134bed:g:IOUAAOSwXUtdemKO
Compare the center aligned white printing and the missing BVA logo. Those are rebranded soviet tubes from late 1980s to early 1990s. The tubes sold to western brands were thoroughly tested for good specs.
Seller aandrianov11 is claiming his Brimar 6L6GA are real Great Britain NOS tubes from 1950 - 1960
In his GE 6550A ebay offer, he claims they are a old tube stock from 1960s.
There was no soviet 6550A tube produced in 1960s. Russia made 6550 tubes in 1990s.
He is clever and does not use the word General Electric, but the pictures from the tube printings and tubes boxes show the GE trademark logo + General Electric
