Last I tried using my Acoustic Masterpiece AM201, it was really noisy static-y sounding. I unseated and reseated the tubes (8 EL84s, 2 12AU7s, 1 12AX7) dusted it out, and am off to retry it.
If it's still noisy, I'll assume I need at least one new tube (it's still running the original tubes 10+ years with moderate use). Where do I start? Start with the 12AX, then the two 12AUs, the eight [ga$p] EL84s?
Here's what the output tubes look like:
It says "OTK" top left, "87" lower left (though some say "86" or "85" and some numbers appear lower right).
Any suggestion from tubeheads appreciated! Thanks in advance.
Follow Ups:
Russian EL84. Can be either 6P43P-E or 6P14P-EV that is more heavy duty.
Kind of a 7189. Good tubes, getting scarce and expensive. Best thing is, one at a time, move the tubes from one channel to the other and follow the noise to see which tube(s) it is. Good luck. The 87 is the year of production. The Sovtek EL84M is a somewhat related ruggedized EL84 type in current production.

It's a tough tube that sounds OK nothing special.
OTK is soviet Russia military grade better quality than the other Soviet era EL84 tubes in my experience.
