Not from this tube but it does show that SHELDON Electric company was associated with Allied Electronics, for what that is worth

...-that the sheet says "Allied Electric" in NJ, not "Allied Electronics". Also note the the filament current of 4A, not the 3A typical of a true 5U4. Could be an important difference if the sheet truly describes your tube.
If I'm going to use it in one of my 300B monoblocks.
A 'hot' rectifier tube?
Curious if it increases B+ over a more conventional one?
I think your best bet is to track down the US military code CBSP but so far I'm drawing a blank.
