The speaker selector switch on my beloved 101C self destructed. I tried bypassing it by tying the common black on the output trannies with the common on the speaker outputs together. It works but now the balance pots work as a gain. There were 7 wires going to the selector switch. 2 common speakers terminals. 2 black wires to the output trannies. 1 to the center channel output ground and 2 that go to the headphone jack.
Still waiting on the schematic from the Fisher doc. I found one online but it's too confusing trying to work off the computer.Any suggestions?
I replaced all the caps and electrolytics way back and the voltages are all still dead on.I'm missing something here. Anyway to source a selector switch or similiar? I don't use the headphone jack (use a 400 for that) so it really doesn't matter but it would be nice to have it 100%

I think you might have gotten screwed up linking the black common terminals together in some way. The 4 ohm tap is linked in common to drive the center channel output.I've always liked that unit with the cool fold down panel.....wish I had one.
