Steven is right- Pro Comm were relabellers of Eastern European tubes. All the Pro Comm I've ever seen have been made by Tungsram, Hungary, but I think Pro Comm could also be Ei, Yugoslavia..

I've never tried them, but some people think Tungsram are the bee's knees of all 12AX7s. Another friend thinks they are a little warm and sloppy.

I think Machmat in Holland recently had both Pro Comm and RSD labelled Tungsram made 12AX7s.
