Can someone help me identify these Unity Audio speakers? They look to be closest to the Signature 3, but have different bases and the logo on the grill is different as well. Signature 3s have the binding posts about midway up the back of the speaker and these have the binding posts setting below the rear firing woofer. All I know about Unity Audio is that they are a small manufacturer out of Lansing Michigan in the early 90s. They sound nice and look even nicer with what I think is rosewood veneer.
Any help finding some more information about these as there are no other markings on the speaker anywhere.
Follow Ups:
The logo is oddly familiar and oldThink this model predates Sig and CLA series
Dynavox is a rare choice, but they had couple of outright bass brutes in small box from modest sized midbasses. Hard to date as Dynavox line stayed same for decades
To illustrate that point, all three drivers can be ordered to this day from Partsexpress

Thanks for your insight. I too think it predates the Signature 3. The base is attached, and not likely the easiest way to manufacture. The slide in base of the Signature 3 looks to be a manufacturing improvement to set the backward lean angle.
I pulled the woofers and found a Dynaudio 17w75 from Denmark. The front drivers have paper cones without the vent slots and the rear firing woofers are Dynaudio 17w75 with the platic cone and slots.
Any idea on the value of these? I've tried to reach out to Bob Grost, but haven't been able to get a response to see if these are early prototypes, custom CES examples or what.
Both the no slot large dome paper cones and tweeters are very strange units. They have much the traits of Dynaudio but both membranes ( cone and dome) are not the plastic or silk.
Wonder if those are Morel or SEN (before Dynaudio was started)
If you can pull one midbass and one tweeter, the mystery might be clearer
I thought Dynavox due to tweeter dome material
Certainly a mystery. Looks like there are 3 different variations of the same Dynaudio 17w75 driver. 2 of them are paper cone with a center dome -- both on the forward firing position. 1 is a Poly cone with slots and 1 is a paper cone with no center dome. Both non-dome drivers are in the rear.
I have a few spare ScanSpeak 8545 that I thought I could play with, but the ScanSpeak is 3" deep and the cabinet is only 2.5" deep. This would also likely be an issue with changing to the Dynavox replacements.
Lukily all the 17w75s are working just fine! Hooked them up to my Stereotech 1200, which seems to be a great match.
They have to be early technology or extremely rare one off OEM from either very very early Dynaudio or undocumented units out of the earliest Morel days with Skannning. Uncoated cones by either I've never even heard of let alone seen
