Yes, those dips are either caused by modes or due to positioning. That's a decent sized room. How many bass traps do you have?

Room is in the basement. Large front wall diffusors variable depth as much as 8" deep plus acoustic foam(first pic). Two medium sized corner traps (in corners but not visible in pics. One's in the back wall closet corner and the door is open when listening). Several 2' x 4' mini traps at first reflection points plus behind left speakers (second pic). Two 6 FT high cylindrical diffusors packed with fiberglass insulation behind panels to partially absorb rear wave reflections (barely visible in second pic). Right side of room wall is really a large wall divider with openings including 2 door ways (see the "window" above the tuner and turntable in the third pic). Anywhere there is an opening in the right wall there is absorption with minitraps on the exact opposite left solid side wall which yield balanced imaging. One giant 2' x 4' x 8" thick bass trap center rear on floor as well as a pro diffusor on back wall(bass trap is not shown in last pic but is in space under the pro diffusor and 8" out from back wall). There is an open alcove on one side of the back of the room that's another roughly 8 x 4 ft which can be seen in the last pic.I might get even better imaging or lessen the room mode dips if I placed a large bass trap in the doorway opening behind the right side speakers (see first & 3rd pic)?
Could I place bass traps anywhere else in the basement corners given all the openings? Other thoughts? Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I see MANY places you could put bass traps. And to be sure, adding bass traps is always the solution.

You need many more bass traps..
I went through this years ago with Ethan..
Have 16 bass/broadband traps 4 bass panel traps and more.
The bass is flat and dips are gone..
My room has become a reference for other Audio enthusiasts
