Somehow I've been logged out of Qobuz in Roon. Yesterday and today I've gotten a message that there is a network problem when it try to log in to the streaming service, but Safari and Mail are fine, I'm logged in to Tidal, and the Qobuz store recognizes me when I log in. The Qobuz help site seems buggy -- it drops information I entered. There doesn't seem to be a way to reset my password, but that's unlikely to be the problem given other Qobuz sites recognize my login.
Follow Ups:
I haven't had any problems with Roon + Qobuz. I tried it early today and again this evening.Try logging out and disabling Qobuz within Roon. Then try setting it up again.

Abe,
Do you mean log out of Roon -- I've tried that? How do you disable Qobuz?
An email today from Qobuz asked about details of the computers, WiFi speed, endpoints etc. The log-in problem seems isolated to Qobuz. Hope the problem is fixed soon, 'cause I like Qobuz more than Tidal, and I like Tidal a lot.

I haven't had any issues with my access to Qobuz or Tidal from Roon.As inmate Cut-Throat already suggested, first determine if you can login to the
Qobuz service from your browser by visiting: https://qobuz.com/signin

If you are able to sign-in to Qobuz, the problem is likely not with them. If you cannot login,
perhaps you entered incorrect credentials (email / password), or something is not right with
your Qobuz account. Contact Qobuz, otherwise go to your Roon settings.Go to your Roon settings:

Go to Services:

See what Services you have enabled. What is the status? Are you "Signed in"?

Edit the Service with your Qobuz account credentials (email / login).
Or try disabling it. Then re-enable it. Re-enter credentials.

Abe,
Not sure what happened. I logged in as Cut-Throat suggested, then went to the Roon Services as you suggested where I found myself signed-in. The Qobuz files are once again showing in my library of favorites, and they play. Thank you and Gut-Throat for all the help. Wish you lived in Santa Barbara.

Glad it's working again!

Gut-Throat -- LOL !

Yeah, I saw that and I like it too! Are you still on vacation, Gut-Throat?
![]()
Yes, still in Antigua. Will be until Mid March.

If you can log in on other applications but not via Roon then the answer should be obvious .

Tidal is running in Roon. Usually Qobuz remains active, although we did have a very short-term power outage over the weekend that took the computers down and crashed Roon core on the Mini. The next day I relaunched core on the Mini, but I didn't check services. It was only later when I noticed the Qobuz files were missing from my favorites that I checked services. Tidal is configured but Qobuz is not. But when I try to log-in to Qobuz it activates a log-in box for a long time then returns with the message that there is problem with the network and I should check connections -- obviously not the problem.
The Qobuz Service is fine for me in LMS. -- Have you tried accessing your account on the web Player on Qobuz? -- If this works, it sounds like you have a Roon issue.
