Well I guess that have to say something to stop people from being jerks and waiting 6 months and demanding a refund. From what I have read in the threads the head of Roon sounds like a good guy and if such a situation like you mentioned arose I think they would give a refund. I do not think they want unhappy customers.

There are always some people who try to take advantage. Like the guy who goes to BestBuy for the 90in TV for the Super Bowl then returns it after the game.

Perfectly understandable to protect their interests.

My point is that at the end of the trial period they can easily produce a message that the trial is over, would you like your card charged?

I can't remember a single demo that did not disable after a trial period, and would only work when payment was agreed to,

If a one man company like Audrivana can do it so can Roon.
