Still my 'daily driver' calculator when I need to crunch some numbers. I have found nothing since that matches the feel of the keys. ;-)

My 15C has seen ~15 years daily heavy use, and other 15+ of moderate use. Still works like new. Square root button is a little bit loose (has been like that for 20 yrs) but never misses the bit.
I have 15C Limited Edition that now I use at work - OK but not anywhere near the quality of the original.

I recall reading somewhere that HP was coming out with a new 15C but I never followed up. You may have even mentioned it here.
Are they still available for purchase or was that one time limited production run?

2012? It seemed to vanish from their web site quickly, but I was eventually able to get one. Quality was similar to the current 12c. I wound up reselling my 15c and going with yet another reissued calculator: The Braun ET66. Figure I didn't need the trig functions for doing my taxes, though the Pi key came in handy sometimes.
Too true! Had an 11C then a 15C all those years ago.. (Also had a lot more hair then!) One hell of a sweet feel to those keys. One of the best devices I've ever owned till someone nicked it.. Can you still buy those things? If I ever see one again I'd be sorely tempted. Come to think of it, I've got a hand-me-down slide rule gathering dust somewhere. Memreez..
Abe, you still got those 2.4s or is this Marshall thing the new reference? (I've got a pair of 3.6s..)
I've been away for a while so apologies for the late reply, if you see this at all.
I still own the 2.4's.
I had a Picket slide rule a few decades ago but I have no idea where it's at and probably couldn't figure out how to use it anyway. ;-)
Yup, I love those older HP calculators. They were extremely well built and as I recall TI tried to compete with them but made more traction with lower cost student calculators. I prefer the RPN input and quality keys on the HP models.
