It depends entirely on the DAC it is driving. USB spec calls for a port to be able to supply up to 500ma; the AQVox device can supply up to twice that (1 amp).

If small would not batteries the best options ?

If you don't mind the hassle, they work (sort of) but IME not for very long. I'd go for a decent PSU. If you can DIY, it shouldn't be too hard to match the performance of a 100 euro device but, if you can't, both the iFi and the AQVox seem decent value for money.

i will study the discussion in detail
Actually batteries are nice but also a pain to operate
and a linear power supply can be extremely quiet
Moreover I am not that good at DIY i am afraid. Prefer something well designed and built
