Follow Ups:
By no means a complete list, and some are spookier than others by far. Tonight I'll probably spin some Lustmord, maybe some Legion or Atrium Carceri, and Aghast's "Hexerei im Zweilicht der Finsternis" for sure.
The latter was released on Cold Meat Industry some years ago, and is Norwegian ceremonial witch music. We're not talkin' airy-fairy, fluff bunny Marin county new age Wiccans here, either. These chicks are into some seriously dark stuff.
"No more sugar for you!" and "Mummy and Daddy's dental plan will fail", and "Watch out, Diabetes Two is after YOU"
Really scary, instead of just creepily silly and pointless!

E. Power Bigg's Bach's Toccata & Fugue in D Minor.
I like his "phat" version the best so far.
Dario Argento's 'Suspiria' Soundtrack by The Goblins..Very haunting!!
AP
Truly eerie! "Suspiria" film soundtrack is another good one.

Like, the real deal:
David Lewiston's Nonesuch Explorer (H-72028) album "Golden Rain" with
the Balinese exorcism ketjak. It's very dramatic and quite scary.
David Lewiston's Nonesuch Explorer (H-72064) album "Tibetan Buddhism
Tantras of Gyuto Sangwa Dupa." Goosebumps.

Bach's Tocatta and Fugue in D,
Thriller
Bluebeard's Castle
I haven't listen to Rite of Spring in a long time, so why not.
although they tend to scare me and I have to take them off.
Igor Stravinsky scores are another good choice IMO.
Some of it is pretty spooky. The recording quality is excellent, too.
