Thanks for any suggestions!

ANY Mozart opera is well worth the time. All of the suggestions above are good. I would add La Clemenza di Tito to the list as well, but agree that Don Giovanni and Figaro should be next.
If you like the fantasy story, with both dance and opera combined, your next step would not be Mozart. It would probably be to turn East, eyes and ears toward Russia.
My first recommendations would be Rimsky-Korsakov. Try the DVDs for Sadko, Mlada, and Le Coq d'Or (The Golden Cockerel).
Also try the DVDs for Prokofiev's The Stone Flower and Glinka's Ruslan and Lyudmila.

If you enjoy Magic Flute, you might consider "Die Entfuehrung aus dem Serail". It may lack the depth and elegance of the three Da Ponte operas, but it's a lot of fun.
After that, Don Giovanni, Nozze, and Cosi, in that order. Nozze is actually my favorite Mozart opera, but it took many years for it to get there...
Wow....Magic Flute, in someways, stands on its own in Mozart's works. I love every minute of it, but it is so different from his other great operas, so a direct recommendation is difficult.
For me, I would recommend next either Figaro or Don Giovanni, which I consider to be more accessible than Cosi Fan Tutte. You won't go wrong with either.
