I was in a store for runners today and they had Shokz bone conduction BT buds with cable connection. They sounded surprisingly good, are very light, and you don't have anything in your ear. The downside, as always, is the price: $130.

  The $60 price is for the OpenMove version, versus the OpenRun version that I saw in the running store. The OpenRun is down to $100. My fault that I didn't specify the version in my post... Mea Culpa. Apparently the OpenMove is meant for lighter movement while the OpenRun is meant for, well, running.
